Three days in the Blue Ridge Mountains dedicated to the intelligence of Autumn, the breath and Katonah yoga as a tool for self-study. You'll move twice daily, rest deliberately, eat well and have room to wander.

‍ ‍

Katonah yoga is a syncretic Hatha yoga practice developed by Nevine Michaan over 40 years that blends classical yoga with Taoist philosophy, sacred geometry and metaphor. No prior experience required. More information about Katonah Yoga here.

This is a private retreat. Limited to 7-9 people only.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot.

* 10 Katonah hours applicable toward certification.

Escape to Lake House, a beautifully waterfront retreat located by Bald Mountain Lake.

Our stay is just 5 min away from Youngs Mountain and an hour away from Asheville downtown.
