My approach
I weave together the principles of Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, yoga, breathwork, and parts work.
Somatic Experiencing helps gently release stored stress and overwhelm, while Polyvagal Theory provides a framework for regulating the nervous system and fostering safety. Yoga and breathwork invite movement, balance, and presence, while parts work supports exploring and integrating different aspects of yourself.
I place a strong emphasis on both physiological and psychological education— because understanding your nervous system is the first step to trusting yourself and lasting change.
