Hi, I’m Anastasija, a trauma-informed Somatic Therapist and Educator. I help people restore balance after overwhelm, stress, shock, or trauma by guiding the nervous system toward regulation, safety, and greater capacity — cultivating more ease and stability in everyday life.
This work invites you to rebuild trust in your body, your intuition, your boundaries, and your own rhythm of healing. My approach is rooted in nervous system attunement and regulation, embodiment, and practical tools for living with more presence and resilience, clarity and safety.
My approach
SE®-informed Somatic Therapy is a body-oriented approach to psychological and physiological healing. Instead of treating the mind as the sole narrator, it listens to the body’s quieter language - muscle tone, breath rhythms, visceral tension, subtle posture shifts. These micro-stories reveal where stress, trauma, or emotion has been stored in the nervous system.
My role is to provide skillful ground and attentive presence. We begin with your body - not as a problem to fix, but as a system that has adapted beautifully to survive. Together, we create the conditions for your system to soften, reorganize, and remember what safety feels like.
In the sessions, I integrate Somatic Experiencing®, Polyvagal Theory, Body-Mind Centering®, and Parts Work adding nervous system education and practical tools as needed.
What a session feels like?
We start with where you are. Through awareness and gentle self-inquiry, we track breath, impulse, and sensation. During the sessions we help the body complete interrupted protective responses - releasing stored survival energy and restoring the system’s natural capacity for regulation. This process transforms patterns that once kept the body in cycles of stress, disconnection, or shutdown.
