Somatic Experiencing®

I am currently accepting new clients for Somatic Experiencing sessions. These shorter, more affordable sessions focus on nervous system regulation tools, the physiology of stress, physio-education, and deepening the connection with your body.

SE® is a body-based approach that helps people heal by working directly with the physiology of trauma and the nervous system. It teaches how to listen to your body, build resilience, and find balance.

Every belief, emotion, and life experience live in the body through sensations, patterns, and physiological imprints. Every experience creates a charge, a response, and a behavior. Somatic Experiencing (SE) explores how sensations move through the body, how they want to be expressed, processed, released, or held. This is where transformation happens—where stuck energy becomes insight, tension turns into resolution, and what was once overwhelming finds new pathways to flow.

SE helps release stored tension, easing anxiety, overwhelm, and other modern-day struggles. This method empowers people to self-regulate and heal from difficult experiences, whether they’re from the past or ongoing challenges.

Rooted in the work of Peter Levine, SE blends insights from physiology, psychology, neuroscience, and indigenous healing practices, offering a proven, holistic way to restore well-being.

Sessions

Each 30-40 min session builds on previous discoveries and experiences. We meet once a week via Zoom.

Single session: $60 | 5 sessions $250
